Hi there. My name is Laura, and I am a graphic designer and an illustrator. I'm also an educator and a writer. I tend to work across different disciplines because I find I have a lot to say. You may have noticed there is quite a variety of work on this site. Feel free to send me a note if you have questions regarding any of the content you see! (that's a very stiff way of saying I'd love to hear from you!)
Though I work in different disciplines, there are some fundamental aspects of my work that come through in all mediums:
– I enjoy editorial design and typography.
– I am from the Northeast and I love to spend time in nature.
This comes through in a lot of my illustration work.
– I love food!
– I work in both digital and traditional mediums, including
Adobe software (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop,
Lightroom, Premiere, XD) gouache, pen and ink, collage,
printmaking and photography.
